Warranty, Return, Refund Policy

All of our products come with a 1 Year Limited Warranty covering all manufacturing defects and general failure. Any issues caused by misuse may be declined under our warranty policy. Our full warranty policy can be seen below. If there are any questions, feel free to reach out.

If you are unhappy with our product, we will provide free returns within 30 days for all un-damaged items.

Full Warranty, Return, Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in the products from Nerds Need. Our standard Limited Warranty across all items we sell is 365 days (1 Year) from the purchase date. If there are ever any issues or concerns, please read our Return and Warranty Policy below and contact us with as much information as possible.

If you are unhappy with our product, we will provide free returns within 30 days for all un-damaged items.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from Nerds Need.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Nerds Need will replace, at no charge, products that prove to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Nerds Need will either replace the product at no charge, with a new exact or equivalent unit.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased Nerds Need is 365 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems that are cause by misuse of the product or user error in the handling or use of the product.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please send an email to contact@nerdsneed.ca with a detailed description of the issue and include any pictures that may assist the process.
